New Shots added plus JP is getting ready to hit New York!

It is almost time for JP to show the results of the hard work and dedication that he has put into this prep for this Years NIGHT OF THE CHAMPIONS in New York City.

I am writing this, because I think that JP is probably too tired and too focused on what is about to go down in the "Big Apple" this coming weekend.

Feeling pretty sure that he has done his "homework" for this show...judging by the pics he send me (now added in PRIVATE ROOM) plus knowing the hardcore dedication that he shown throughout this entire time since the accident that nearly stopped his career as a IFBB Pro.

But knowing JP personally...the term "Giving Up" does not exist in his vocabulary. (must be a swiss thing - LOL)

Driven like never before...JP will enter this years NOC at a stunning bodyweight of close to 280lbs. ripped!

I will have the honor to travel with this giant to NY and witness it myself - no worries - the d-cam will be with us and ready for action - at the hotelroom, pump up and around the event (All Posted in PRIVATE ROOM!)

FUX IS BACK! - Pictures and Videoclip at 283lbs!!!

Yes, indeed - I am back from "Death" so to speak...

It's been about a year now since the accident. Can you believe this?!

I've been working with the intensity and fire of a "madman" these days. Most people have probably given on me...that is exactly why I decide to proof that NOTHING! and I mean NOTHING! will stop the "Swiss Giant" from coming back on stage this time...3 weeks and we will see.

I am now exactly hitting the scale at 283lbs - I will still need to loose a few more pounds, but not much - since I am planning to come in as huge and ripped as possible this time.

I hope to see some of you in New York - I will be teaming up with my friend and webmaster Markus Reinhardt - making sure to capture as much footage from the event as possible.

Awesome New Pics form a Photoshoot with Chris Lund plus the latest...

I just got back from a photoshoot with Chris Lund for Flex magazine.

The Images that are shown, are displaying what JP looks like again...now weighing in at exactly 300lbs!!! - The Road to Recovery is going GREAT!

I know that I might have been heavier before...but most of the "more" weight made me look too wide in my mid-section. So I decided this time not to get too heavy in the off-season.

The N.O.C is now close to 12 weeks away. I am planning to enter this show and started my diet already, giving me enough time to come in shredded!

Training is up to 6 times a week righ now...however, I am using fairly moderate weights, making sure to avoid an injury .

I also had a chance to watch the IRONMAN a few weeks ago.

I do have to say that Jay (Jay Cutler) made everyone else look like they didn't belong there...he for sure was a miles ahead of his competition that night.

However, Jay did appear pretty thick in his mid-section...probably also due to the fact that he is not the tallest bodybuilder out there.

Will he be a problem for Ronnie?

Well, I think it all depends on wether Ronnie will show at his best or not...I've seen both of them uplcose at they're best - Ronnie is still another class I tell you..just watch the Battle for the Olympia 2002 and judge for yourself.

At this time..the only person that can beat Ronnie (at his best!) is probably Ronnie himself.

The "Showdown" at the next Olympia with Ronnie, Jay and Guenther will probably be pretty exciting to watch...I am looking forward to be part of it in 2004!

It's been a long time since the last update I know.

Markus Reinhardt was away for a while and therefore was not able to update the site as usual.

We finally are ready to now sell the Video on the site!!!

As you are all probably reading this, I am already on the road to Las Vegas.

Checking out this years MR.OLYMPIA competiton at the Mandalay Bay Resort.

I will be working at the WEIDER Stand to sell my latest HARDCORE VIDEO plus sign pictures and hopefully get to even check out the Battle myself.

My legs are now gaining back the size the used to have before the accident. I was actually doing my first Squat (with just the bar) the other day!

You gotta make sure to check out my PRIVATE ROOM for the latest pics I just took with my brandnew digital camera. I also added a slideshow mpg/stream, that is taken out from the HARDCORE VIDEO - It's a cool clip - Check it out...

Sorry for the long delay in my update guys.

Well, it is finally DONE!

The NEW VIDEO is almost ready to ship.

It contains footage well put together by my friend Markus Reinhardt, showing me only five weeks prior to attempt to do the NOC this year. ( a small accident that occured unfortinately delayed my plans for a bit - LOL)

There you have it...45minutes of HARDCORE BRUTAL Leg training at my best! - This Video is a must see for for everyone that is seriously interested in building the most massive legs on the planet and beyond.

September 15^th. 2002

So I am back and training pretty hard these days.

The legs are doing a lot better and I am able to walk and go to the gym now.

I can even train my entire body now as well as doing some selected exercise for my legs that are helping to get the muscle back that I've lost during the healing process.

But the greatest news that I can give you all is, that Markus is almost done with editing my my VIDEO that he shot right before the injury happend!

The Video is called "HARDCORE" and will feature me during on of my last brutal workouts right before the accident (I am doing legs, how ironic)

Markus just send me some cool Video Stills that I decided to post in my member area along with some footage that was taken last week (Check it out guys!)

I also decide to put together a pre-order list for the first 50 Videos that are purchased. If you are interested in being on that list to recieve your copy of HARDCORE (No S/H charges!) - please feel free to e-mail me with your info.
