Fux Jean - Pierre Brig , Switzerland November, 5 th - 1968 6'2" 315 Ibs. Once upon a time in America Robert de Niro Blues and Oldies Audi A8 Why did you move to California? Joe Weider signed me under contract in 1998. The contract enabled me to live here as well as pursue my career further. The other reason is that part of Europe, specifically middle Europe, Bodybuiilding is not very well accepted. The negative feedback I've gotten so far has been part of this decision as well. What influence does Joe Weider have on your career? Joe was a major influence in my early Bodybuilding years. His magazines gave me the inspiration to create what you see today. Today, he gives me the support I need to further continue to compete within the best in the IFBB. He was always there for me. Especially 1998 after the Olympia when no one believed in me after dropping from 7th place to 10th. Joe was there supporting me all the way, encouraged me to go on and to believe in myself. What do you want to do after you retire?
I like to stay in touch with Bodybuilding as much as I can.
I like to expand my existing What comes to your mind when you hear the following names? Joe Weider He is the father of modern Bodybuilding. His dedication to the sport is outstanding. A man that devoted his entire life to make the sport better and more acceptable towards the public eye. Bodybuilding would not be where it is today without Joe. Arnold Schwarzenegger Bodybuilding has gotten more press because of him. He definetely made our sport more popular. He is probably the Bodybuilder of the Century. Dorian Yates He proofed that without having the best genetics, you can still win. He is probably one of the hardest training Bodybuilders ever. Ronnie Coleman The current MR.OLYMPIA. In top shape, probably the best physique that ever stepped on stage. His ability to enjoy every day with the sacrifices that come along, makes him unique and the Bodybuilder that he is today. Nasser el Sonbaty A good friend that suprises me every time with his overall knowledge. He is one of the most intelligent people I know. At his best, hard to beat and a competitor to fear. |
